Nana Jacqueline accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that jewelry, accessories, and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
